As I hinted at in my personal description, I really like to choreograph and perform.
I've performed on many stages and in various countries. I created a belly dancing-Salsa show with Lorna Gow: "Latino Arabesque", which was one of the best dancing shows in the Fringe festival in Scotland in 2000 and 2001.
I came to Germany in 2002 and continued to work in this tradition, developing and putting on a number of shows within the first year with the Bueno-Malo Rueda group.
My next show-project was the "Schlumpf Show". We decided to call it the "Smurfs- Show" because, Annemarie, Claudia, Christoph and I, are all a bit less than the average height. It was one of the best choreographies I have ever made and I do hope to make an encore in the future!
Towards the end of 2003, I formed the Samsons. The Samsons is an amateur show group made up of Salsa dancers who like to be on stage. As our repertoire grew so our passion to dance increased and this was evident on the stage.
In 2005, I formed the Rueda Celtica to perform at the Rueda festival in Köln. We were such a huge success that I decided to continue with the project and came up with the second show in Nov 2007.
I'm currently working on a new show project with Alexandra Drein and Dirk Riemer and in 2008 I'm going to….well let's see what the future brings :-)
